Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed at autoparthub.us. Please read it carefully before making a purchase — particularly the prior authorisation requirement.
Prior authorisation required: You must contact AutoPart Hub and receive a return authorisation before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
1 Change-of-Mind vs Defective Returns
The terms of your return depend on the reason. Here's a clear comparison:
2 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
- The return request is submitted within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date
- The item has not been installed, modified, or disassembled after delivery
- A return authorisation has been issued by AutoPart Hub before the item is shipped back
- The item is returned with your order number and original packaging where possible

4 Damages & Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund with no restocking fee.
5 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed, modified, or disassembled after delivery
- Items returned outside the 15-day window
- Items returned without prior return authorisation
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or installation
- Part categories not covered under the Warranty Policy
6 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
For change-of-mind returns, the 25% restocking fee is deducted before processing. If more than 5 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@autoparthub.us.
7 Replacements
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will arrange a replacement subject to availability. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Replacement requests must be made within the 15-day return window.
