Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order — including timelines, carriers, and your responsibilities as a customer.

US fulfillment only: All orders placed on autoparthub.us are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States by our US-based salvage yard partners. We deliver to US domestic addresses only. No orders ship from outside the USA.

2 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed the next business day
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time

3 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major US carriers. The carrier assigned depends on package size, weight, and destination. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best ensures safe and timely delivery.

4 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all standard orders to US domestic addresses — no minimum order value, no hidden fees.

Oversized or freight shipments may incur additional handling charges, which will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is made.


5 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. AutoPart Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees and any additional charges incurred.


6 Address Changes

Shipping address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once a package has shipped, AutoPart Hub cannot guarantee address modifications. Customers may need to contact the carrier directly to request delivery changes.


7 Lost or Stolen Packages

AutoPart Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbours or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address provided at checkout
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will assist with investigations where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.


8 Shipping Delays

AutoPart Hub is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control include:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier network delays or high shipping volumes
  • Labor strikes or government restrictions
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

9 Freight Shipments (Large Parts)

Oversized components — including engines, transmissions, and large assemblies — may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, signature, and commercial vehicle access.

Inspect freight shipments immediately upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph the item and packaging, and contact AutoPart Hub within 24 hours. Failure to report within 24 hours may void shipping damage claims.


10 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact AutoPart Hub within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. Failure to provide documentation within this window may delay or void the claim.


11 Refused Shipments

Refusing a shipment without prior authorisation from AutoPart Hub may result in return shipping fees, restocking fees, and handling charges being deducted from any eligible refund.


12 Shipping Insurance

Some shipments include carrier insurance. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, AutoPart Hub will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. The final determination of any claim rests with the carrier.


13 Vehicle Compatibility & VIN Verification

Customers are responsible for confirming part compatibility before purchasing — using the vehicle VIN, OEM part numbers, manufacturer specifications, or mechanic confirmation. AutoPart Hub is not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly. Returns due to fitment errors may incur restocking and return shipping fees.


14 Professional Installation Disclaimer

All parts should be installed by a licensed professional mechanic. AutoPart Hub is not responsible for damages from improper installation, incorrect wiring, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines. Labour, diagnostic, and towing costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.


15 Electronic & Programmable Parts

Components such as ABS modules, ECUs, TCMs, and BCMs may require programming or calibration before use. AutoPart Hub is not responsible for programming costs or dealership fees associated with electronic parts.


16 Used Parts Disclaimer

All products sold by AutoPart Hub are used OEM automotive parts. Minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior use is expected and does not qualify as a defect or grounds for a return.


17 Limitation of Liability

AutoPart Hub's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including labour costs, loss of vehicle use, towing, diagnostic fees, rental vehicles, property damage, or personal injury.


18 Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with AutoPart Hub, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies, disclaimers, and terms listed on our website.
