Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed at autoparthub.us. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

⚠️ Prior authorisation required: You must contact AutoPart Hub and receive a return authorisation before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • The item is in the same condition as received — not installed, modified, or further disassembled
  • A return authorisation has been issued by AutoPart Hub before the item is shipped back
  • The item is returned with the original order number and any packaging it was received in

2 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us using one of the methods below before sending anything back:

Provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return. Once authorised, you will receive instructions on where and how to ship the item back. Returns sent to an address other than the one specified in your authorisation may be rejected.


3 Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns — where the part is being returned because it is no longer needed, was ordered in error, or the customer changed their mind.

No restocking fee applies to returns of items that are defective, not as described, or incorrectly shipped by AutoPart Hub. In these cases, a full refund or replacement will be provided.


4 Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrectly shipped items: AutoPart Hub will cover return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided once the return is authorised.


5 Damages & Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and its condition
  • A description of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate, with no restocking fee.


6 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or disassembled after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 15-day return window
  • Items returned without prior return authorisation
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or installation
  • Part categories not covered under warranty (see Warranty Policy)

7 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

For change-of-mind returns, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount before processing. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

If more than 5 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at support@autoparthub.us.


8 Replacements

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will arrange a replacement unit subject to availability. If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead. Replacement requests must be made within the 15-day return window.
