Shipping Policy

This policy covers order processing, shipping timelines, carrier information, and delivery responsibilities for all orders placed at autoparthub.us.

🇺🇸 US fulfillment only: All orders placed on autoparthub.us are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States by our US-based salvage yard and recycling partners. We ship to US domestic addresses only. No orders are shipped from outside the USA.

1 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • ›Processing time is separate from shipping transit time

2 Shipping Methods & Carriers

AutoPart Hub ships via major US carriers. The carrier used depends on package size, weight, and destination.

  • ›UPS
  • ›FedEx
  • ›USPS
  • ›Freight carriers (for oversized parts such as engines and transmissions)

We reserve the right to change carriers when necessary to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.


3 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all standard orders to US domestic addresses. No minimum order value applies.

Oversized or freight shipments may incur additional handling charges, which will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment is made.


4 Estimated Delivery Times

Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days from order placement.

We ship to US domestic addresses only. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier or external factors.


5 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. AutoPart Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees and any additional charges incurred.


6 Address Changes

Shipping address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, AutoPart Hub cannot guarantee address modifications.

Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery changes after dispatch.


7 Lost or Stolen Packages

AutoPart Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  1. Check with neighbours or building management
  2. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will assist with investigations where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.


8 Shipping Delays

AutoPart Hub is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • ›Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • ›Carrier network delays or high shipping volumes
  • ›Labor strikes or government restrictions
  • ›Other events beyond our reasonable control

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


9 Freight Shipments (Large Parts)

Oversized components including engines, transmissions, large assemblies, and major automotive parts may be shipped via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, signature upon receipt, and access for a commercial vehicle.

Customers must inspect freight shipments immediately upon delivery. If damage is visible:

  • ›Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • ›Photograph the damaged item and packaging
  • ›Contact AutoPart Hub within 24 hours

Failure to report freight damage within 24 hours may void shipping damage claims.


10 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact AutoPart Hub within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • ›Your order number
  • ›Photos of the damaged product
  • ›Photos of the packaging as received

Failure to provide documentation within the stated window may delay or void the claim.


11 Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses a shipment without prior authorisation from AutoPart Hub, the order may be subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees, and handling charges. These will be deducted from any eligible refund.


12 Shipping Insurance

Some shipments include carrier insurance. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, AutoPart Hub will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. The final determination of any claim is made by the carrier.


13 Vehicle Compatibility & VIN Verification

Customers are responsible for confirming that the part ordered is compatible with their vehicle before purchasing. Customers should verify using the vehicle VIN, OEM part numbers, manufacturer specifications, or professional mechanic confirmation.

AutoPart Hub is not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly due to incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer. Returns resulting from incorrect fitment may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.


14 Professional Installation Disclaimer

AutoPart Hub strongly recommends that all parts be installed by a licensed professional mechanic or qualified automotive technician. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring or programming, mechanical misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

AutoPart Hub will not reimburse labour costs, diagnostic fees, towing charges, or mechanic expenses under any circumstances.


15 Electronic & Programmable Parts

Components such as ABS modules, Engine Control Units (ECU), Transmission Control Modules (TCM), and Body Control Modules (BCM) may require programming, coding, or calibration before or after installation. Programming requirements vary by vehicle manufacturer.

AutoPart Hub is not responsible for programming costs, dealership fees, or diagnostic charges associated with electronic parts.


16 Used Parts Disclaimer

All products sold by AutoPart Hub are used OEM automotive parts. These parts may show minor cosmetic wear consistent with prior use. Such cosmetic wear does not qualify as a defect and is not grounds for a return or warranty claim.


17 Limitation of Liability

AutoPart Hub's liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product sold. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to labour costs, loss of vehicle use, towing expenses, diagnostic fees, rental vehicles, property damage, or personal injury.


18 Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with AutoPart Hub, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all policies, disclaimers, and terms listed on our website.
