Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy describes the limited warranty coverage available for eligible products purchased through AutoPart Hub. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States to US customers only.
Prior authorisation required: Before returning any item under warranty, you must contact us and receive a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Warranty begins from the confirmed delivery date.
1 Product Condition Disclosure
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, all items sold by AutoPart Hub are used OEM automotive parts. As pre-owned components, the following are expected and not considered defects:
- Normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior vehicle use
- Minor surface marks or visual imperfections
- Appearance may vary slightly from listing images
Cosmetic wear consistent with prior use is not covered under this warranty. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. VIN verification assistance is available upon request.
2 Warranty Duration by Part Category
AutoPart Hub provides a limited warranty based on the type of part purchased. The warranty period begins on the date of confirmed delivery. Any category not listed below is not covered under warranty.
Not listed = not covered. Part categories not included in the table above carry no warranty coverage. Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing.
3 What the Warranty Covers
The limited warranty applies only to defects that arise under normal use and operating conditions. Specifically:
- Verified functional or mechanical defects in the part as supplied
- Mechanical failure under normal operating conditions
- Issues reported and documented within the applicable warranty period
Warranty coverage applies only to the purchased part itself. It does not extend to any related labour, diagnostic, programming, or consequential costs.
4 Exclusions
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Improper installation or fitment errors
- Misuse, abuse, modification, or alteration of the part
- Labour, installation, diagnostic, programming, or towing costs
- Damage caused by accidents, electrical faults, or external factors
- Normal cosmetic wear or visual imperfections consistent with prior use
- Parts that have been disassembled, altered, or repaired after delivery
Electrical and electronic components must be professionally installed before functionality can be assessed. Damage resulting from improper installation is not covered. Professional installation is strongly recommended for all parts.
